The Water Resources Department (WRD) of Goa has issued a formal request for proposals from consultancy firms to draft a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) focused on modernizing the Salaulim Irrigation Project (SIP). The chosen consultant will architect the technical blueprint and strategic planning framework necessary for executing upcoming extension, renovation, and modernization (ERM) initiatives.
